Ana is named a 2022 AACR NextGen star!

The AACR NextGen program distinguishes early-career cancer researchers, and offers them an exciting opportunity to have their work featured in a major symposium at the AACR Annual Meeting.

Ana has been named one of the 14 AACR NextGen stars of 2022, and will present her research on “Revisiting NK Cell Immunity to Prevent Metastasis” during the major symposium Evolutionary, Metabolic, and Microenvironmental Control of Cancer Cell Dormancy from 1 – 2:30 p.m. CDT on Sunday, April 10, 2022.

This is a great honor and responsibility, and a powerful boost at an important time of Ana's career setting up her own laboratory - Thank you very much AACR!
